How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to your basket and check out securely — it takes under a minute.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus popular express checkouts including Shop Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?
One discount code per order, please. New customers can use WELCOME15 for 15% off their first order, and we run a new weekly deal every week — check the announcement bar on our homepage.

Delivery

How much is shipping?
Free — on every order, every week. See our Shipping & Delivery page for timescales.

My items arrived in separate parcels — is that normal?
Yes — we ship from carefully chosen fulfilment partners, so multi-item orders may arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.

Returns & support

What if something’s not right?
You have a 30-day return window from the day your item arrives. If you need to return something, email support@bowes.shop with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
